What to expect before you begin
Do I need equipment?
No. Every beginner-level workout is designed for home use with bodyweight only. Light resistance tools become optional as you advance through levels.
What if I have an existing injury or limitation?
Note it in your assessment form. The program is built around functional movement, not maximum load — modifications are built into the structure, not bolted on as afterthoughts.
Can I cancel or pause my membership?
